Color & Sound Workshop is a grounding, meditative experience where creativity meets frequency. Guests will receive a single coloring page from Attracting Wealth & Abundance: A 21 Phase Journey Through Color and Frequency and are invited to color intuitively while being guided through a one hour sound healing session facilitated by Viviana Menendez, Body Sculptor and Certified Master Sound Healer of Secret Vault of Manifestations.
As the sounds move through the body, coloring becomes a calming, reflective practice that helps relax the nervous system, quiet the mind, and reconnect you with your inner rhythm. No experience is needed; simply come as you are and allow the experience to unfold.
